Zan Colin joined Marcus & Millichap in 2020, starting as an agent in the company’s Manhattan office where he successfully sold north of $300,000,000 in commercial real estate. He currently works as an Associate Director for the Levy Retail Group in Dallas, Texas where he specializes in the sale of shopping centers. After joining Marcus & Millichap in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic in June of 2020, Zan became his team’s first Due Diligence & Transaction Coordinator for property sales across Manhattan. Zan has consistently been ranked as a top performing agent in his tranche, executing for a variety of clients that he has built long-term relationships with.

Zan has been recognized as a Costar Powerbroker for Deal of the Quarter in Q1 of 2024. Additionally, he has been featured in Globe Street and the Commercial Observer for larger portfolio sales. He prides himself on his responsiveness, ability to execute, and staying aligned with his clients’ needs.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Zan worked with the Office of Management & Budget in The White House. For two years, he worked in OMB’s Economic Policy arm while attending George Washington University School of Business. After OMB, he became a part-time employee on the Presidential Advance Team where he traveled domestically with the President. His most notable trip was a NASA space launch in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

Zan was born in Westchester and grew up in Miami Beach. His family now lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico where he likes to spend time.
