Chris Gainey joined Marcus & Millichap in 2011, starting as a research analyst before becoming an investment sale advisor in 2012 with the Levy Retail Group at Marcus & Millichap. Throughout his career Chris has facilitated more than 233 transactions nationwide totaling more than $676 million in sales volume focusing on multi-tenant shopping center investment sales in Texas.

Chris, who is a graduate of Texas Christian University, grew up and currently resides in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Over the course of his nearly 15-year career in retail real estate, he has expanded his transactional expertise with multi-tenant shopping centers across Texas.

With a persistent determination to act as a resource for clients, Chris consistently ranks as one of Marcus & Millichap’s top producing retail agents both in Texas, and nationally.
