The Shops at Los Lunas is a 20,000-square foot newly constructed multi-tenant retail center in Los Lunas, New Mexico. The center is 100 percent leased to national credit tenants, consisting of Famous Footwear, Rue 21, Hibbett Sports, and Maurices. All leases have new 10-year terms with two, five-year options for renewal. All leases are triple-net. Tenants are expected to take possession on September 1, 2016.
