Wes Peacock is a retail specialist with the Levy Retail Group focusing on shadow-anchored multi-tenant properties throughout Texas. He aims to advise his clients on their investment strategy by providing accurate and timely market intel, creating long-term relationships in the process. In his first full year in 2022, Wes closed 17 transactions with a total deal volume of $50MM, on his way to earning Rookie of the Year honors across all Texas offices.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Wes worked in entertainment as an assistant at United Talent Agency in Los Angeles, CA, where he honed his craft serving high-profile clients in film, television, and sports. He then rose through the ranks of the restaurant world, cooking at Michelin-starred Chef Ludo Lefebvre’s Petit Trois in Sherman Oaks, CA, and then as a culinary manager with the Hillstone Restaurant Group in Dallas, TX, this time serving high-profile clients in a different manner.

Wes is a native of Los Angeles, CA, and a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, GA, where he played centerfield and led the baseball team to two DIII World Series appearances and three UAA Division Championships. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sports Management from Emory’s Goizueta Business School. Outside of brokerage, you can find him watching the Atlanta Braves and exploring Austin’s diverse food scene.
