James joined Marcus & Millichap in August 2024 as an Associate for the Levy Retail Group. Prior to joining Levy Retail Group, James worked in construction management where he oversaw multiple large-scale developments throughout the Boston and Austin areas. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, James graduated from Bates College in 2020 where he majored in Political Economy. At Bates, James was a member of the football team and served as the captain and vice president of the club hockey team. James’s background in construction management and interest in commercial real estate were instrumental in his introduction to the industry.
