Philip Levy, First Vice President Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer.  The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Mr. Levy.

The Ranch at Cedar Hills is located at 1429 N J Elmer Weaver Freeway in Cedar Hill (DFW), Texas. The subject property is currently 91 percent occupied, and all tenants are triple-net. The buildings were constructed in 2003 and are situated on 2.16 acres of land.

Tenants include Wood Stack Smoke House, Smoking Jacket Cigar Lounge, Beauty Shop, Edward D Jones, A Simple Touch Day Spa, Nations Contracting and Veracruz Cafe.
