Lucas Sr. Boulevard in Mesquite, Texas.  The subject property is a 70,079-square foot multi-tenant retail center consisting of three buildings situated on 8.15 acres of land and is anchored by Kroger grocery store. The subject property is currently 80 percent occupied, and all current leases are triple-net.
